This 3,474 square foot residence underwent a renovation to enhance its appeal. We meticulously redesigned and upgraded the kitchen, turned the dwelling unit (ADU) into a bourbon room complete with a masculine wet bar, remodeled four bathrooms, and installed beautiful new hardwood flooring throughout the home. In addition, a fresh coat of paint was applied to further enhance the overall aesthetic in each space. To complete this residence, we carefully designed each room to have its own unique atmosphere, while ensuring that all spaces harmoniously tie together. Additionally, this project involved not only the renovation but also a full-service approach also known as "turn-key", where I took care of stocking the cabinets and drawers with all the essential items required for a functioning home.
